A customer wanted a pump that wouldn't leak as their current pump, (supplied by a competitor), continuously leaked through mechanical seals. They frequently replaced the seals at a high cost. Setpoint was asked to get involved. We agreed to replace the entire pump with a magnetic drive design. The magnetic drive pump cost a bit more but overall they saved lots of time and money. And, the best part - the leaks were eliminated!
